Placing your order

Your order may be placed in a number of ways, the most popular and efficient being online through our secure website. If you prefer, you can also phone or email us your order.

• Over the phone: Simply give us a call on 08 83312272 during store opening hours and tell us what you would like to purchase. If you can't get a hold of us, just leave a quick message and we'll call you when we are back in the store.

Payment options

Paypal/Credit card

Studio Eco accepts payment through PAYPAL.  You do not need to be a PAYPAL account holder to use this option, as one off payments using a credit card are accepted.  Anyone with an email address can pay for goods online using PayPal. You will be directed to a secure site that is hosted by PayPal - a payment processor. You can then pay via credit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you already hold an account. PLEASE NOTE - You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. One off payment transactions using your credit card, without registering for a PayPal account is possible.

Please note that all International orders must be paid for by credit card or via Paypal.

Delivery

Australian orders

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. At checkout you have the option of standard or express post. Costs are calculated on the site automatically by Australia Post, according to the weight of the product and the delivery location.

All orders will be posted within 2 working days of receving a cleared payment.

International orders

All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Air or Sea Mail. Generally your order will be posted within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment and received within 3-10 days, depending on where you live. The checkout will give you an approximate idea of delivery times via either Air or Sea.

Please note, international orders are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order. International orders may be subject to import duties levied by the country into which they are being imported.

'out of stock' items

If an item you have selected is temporarily 'out of stock' or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know of your request.

 

Order confirmations

Studio Eco will send you a confirmation of your order via email.  Please check your order confirmation carefully, and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies. Your confirmation advice is your receipt of purchase.  Please note in the interest of the environment, we do not issue a paper receipt unless specifically requested to do so. Please consider the environment before printing the receipt.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate. No responsibility will be taken for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
