Returns

We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Studio Eco will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.

Products on sale are non returnable.
